  • You are solely responsible for your own user submissions and the consequences of posting them. In connection, you affirm, represent and/or warrant that you own or have the necessary permissions, licenses, rights, consents, etc. to use and authorize Big Game Box Office site broadcast usage.
  • Users retain all of their own rights in regards to user submissions.

Termination Policy

  • Big Game Box Office will terminate a user account if, under appropriate circumstances, user is determined to be a repeat violator of the full TERMS OF USE and CODE OF CONDUCT.
  • Big Game Box Office reserves the right to determine user access, acceptability and the appropriateness and compliances with the full TERMS OF USE and CODE OF CONDUCT. Big Game Box Office may remove or deny such user from using the Big Game Box Office site without stating reason and without notice.
